  • Darrick Waugh, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy, Osteopractor

Darrick was raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon. He was very active in academics and athletics from his childhood through receiving his bachelor’s in pre-medical biology at OIT in 2011. He spent the next three years in Pocatello, ID earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. Shortly after, he and his wife Mary moved up to Alaska where he spent five years working with Arctic Chiropractic in both Bethel and Juneau. Darrick has enjoyed his work as an outpatient physical therapist these past eight years. He has spent much of this time attending the latest and greatest courses and seminars to learn cutting edge therapies that lead to better outcomes for his patients. However, there always seemed to be a certain percentage of patients that could not be helped with these therapies, and it left him feeling a void in his care. He has slowly come to the realization over this time that there is more to achieving health than by physical therapy alone. He wanted to do more for his patients, which led him to pursue his Master’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine. This gives him the opportunity to provide many more avenues of care than before, and he couldn’t be more excited to share what he knows with this community. He is looking forward to providing top notch care to the people of Southern Idaho with the latest and greatest knowledge that both Eastern and Western Medicine have to offer.

  • Mary Waugh, LE

    Licensed Esthetician, Registered Dental Hygienist

Mary was born and raised in Vale, Oregon. She attended Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, OR and earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2014. Upon graduation, her and Darrick decided to move to Bethel, Alaska for 2 years to explore this beautiful state. They enjoyed Alaska so much that they decided to spend another 3 years in Juneau. During this time, Mary worked for SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium and had the opportunity to work primarily with native Alaskans and travel to the smaller communities around Juneau to provide dental services. They enjoyed Alaska immensely but decided to move back to Oregon in 2019 to be closer to their families. In 2020, Mary and Darrick welcomed their first son, True, into the world. Slowly, after eight years in the dental field, hygiene wasn’t filling her cup anymore, so she decided to go to Aesthetician school so she could work alongside her husband Darrick in their new business venture. Mary has a passion for holistic skin care and loves to enhance people’s natural beauty. Mary’s favorite services to provide are: microneedling, chemical peels, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, lash + brow laminations and skin care education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, being outdoors, gardening and crafting. She is thrilled to be carrying on Willow Tree’s legacy and is excited to be a part of the Payette community.
