Infrared Sauna Benefits
Pain Relief + Improved Circulation:
Infrared saunas are an effective therapy to treat joint, muscle, and arthritis pain. Mid infrared (MIR) wavelengths specifically penetrate the body’s soft tissue, where inflammation occurs. MIR helps expand blood vessels and increase circulation, so more oxygen can reach injured areas of the body, reducing inflammation and swelling while promoting cellular repair. This, in turn, alleviates pain and speeds the healing process.
Detoxification:
Sweating is the body's natural and safe way to eliminate toxins. Far infrared (FIR) wavelengths amplify this process by reaching deepest into the body, where toxins are stored, breaking them apart so they can be released through sweat. By heating the body directly on a cellular level, FIR raises core body temperature and stimulates the sweat glands, resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat 7 to 10 times more effectively than a conventional sauna. Infrared Therapy has been helpful in reducing symptoms of various autoimmune diseases, including Hashimoto’s, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Lyme disease, as well as effective in reducing symptoms caused by environmental toxins including mold and mercury toxicity.
Anti-Aging:
Near Infrared (NIR), the shortest wavelength, targets the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving its appearance. NIR therapy reduces wrinkles and scars, making skin look radiant. It firms and improves skin tone and elasticity. NIR has also been effective for the treatment of acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Regular use may also help reduce cellulite trapped beneath the skin.

Our Solocarbon® heaters are clinically shown to lower blood pressure via 30 minute sauna sessions three times a week. Repeated infrared treatment improves impaired blood vessel function in patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Halotherapy was originally “discovered” in the 1800s in Eastern Europe when doctors realized that salt miners didn’t suffer nearly as often from respiratory and skin conditions as others in the communities. These doctors then began to “prescribe” visits to the salt mines and at some point the mines even carved out separate areas for this original halotherapy. Halotherapy is excellent for those struggling with asthma, allergies, acute respiratory infections, COPD, sinus/ear infections, and skin conditions such as eczema, acne, and psoriasis.

Floating is one of the most effective and efficient ways to relieve physical pain. Floating allows your mind and body to rest, release stress and recharge. The high concentration of 1,000lbs of Epsom salt provides a zero gravity support structure which relieves all pressure from your back, neck, spine, and hips, all while your body is absorbing magnesium. Floating is also used for relaxation for meditation, creative thinking, and self-care.
Please come ready to relax. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and ear plugs are all provided for you at your appointment. Feel free to bring any other hygiene supplies such as a brush or deodorant to help you get ready for the rest of your day.
Please avoid shaving for 24 hours prior to appointment, as the salt will irritate the skin if you do shave.
To completely relax for your session try to avoid caffeine for 4 hours prior to your float session.

There is 1000 pounds of medical grade Epsom salt dissolved into the tank. The solution is so high in saline that no living microorganism can survive in there. After each session, the entire body of water is pumped and filtered through a 3 part filtration and sterilization system which includes Ultra Violet light and food grade hydrogen peroxide. UV is considered the safest most effective system available. It maintains the water’s soft, clean and crystal clear appearance. In addition everyone is required to take a shower before entering the tank in order to wash off body oil, make up, hair products, etc. The water in the tank is cleaner than any hot tub or pool you’ve been in.

You are in complete control of your session. You have the option to keep the door to the float pod open or closed and you also have the option to leave the LED lights on. It may seem a bit strange at first, but, we find that if you give yourself a little time to relax and get used to it, you’ll feel very safe and comfortable.

In the tank there is only about 10 inches of water and 1,000 pounds of epsom salt. Because of this high concentrate you become buoyant and cannot sink. Most people become so relaxed they do fall asleep. One hour of sleep in the tank is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep in your bed!

It is recommended to wait 2 weeks after your appointment before floating. The high salt concentrate has the ability to fade or discolor newly dyed hair.

Minor cuts are still okay if you would like to float. Prior to getting into the tank there will be vitamin A&D ointment in the room you may apply over the area to avoid salt getting into it.

You must wait a minimum of 4 weeks after getting a tattoo to float. Since it is healing, the salt water would irritate the skin and could cause the color to fade.

Yes you can still float. You will follow the same protocol as a swimming pool using appropriate sanitary products (tampon or menstrual cup).
Full Body Red Light Therapy Sessions
Stand in front of our massive light panels and let your body absorb the most therapeutic wavelengths the sun has to offer, in the form of red and near infrared light therapy. During this session, you will have the option of either standing on a vibration plate for further therapeutic value or just sit down in a lounge chair and relax. All you need for the maximum benefit is just 10 minutes!
What Is Red Light Therapy?
Red light therapy is a form of photobiomodulation that uses low-level red and/or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular processes and thereby increase cellular energy production. The light is delivered by devices such as LED panels, lamps, or handheld probes that emit wavelengths ranging from 600 to 1200 nanometers.
The light penetrates the skin and reaches the mitochondria, the energy-producing organelles of the cells. There, it activates a protein called cytochrome c oxidase, which increases the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the molecule that fuels cellular activities. Red light therapy also modulates the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are involved in inflammation, oxidative stress, and cell signaling. By increasing ATP and reducing ROS, red light therapy can improve various aspects of health and wellness, such as wound healing, skin rejuvenation, pain relief, muscle recovery, cognitive function and more.
